Abstract

The general characteristics of present-day state of economic policy of light industry companies of Zhytomyr region has been presented. The main indicators of business and financial activity have been analyzed as well as the ways of improving regional business entities’ competitiveness have been suggested. The role of intellectual capita! in the sphere of industry development has been disclosed as well as the recommendations towards formation improvement of their economic policies have been considered. Відображена загальна характеристика сучасного стану економічної політики підприємств легкої промисловості Житомирської області. Проаналізовано основні показники господарсько-фінансової діяльності та запропоновано шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності суб’єктів підприємництва регіону. Розкрито роль інтелектуального капіталу в розвитку галузі легкої промисловості та викладенорекомендації щодо поліпшення формування її економічної політики.
