Abstract

The problems of formation of financial strategy in the system of company management have been researched, its structure as well as the main directions and principles assisting the fulfillment of this strategy under present-day conditions have been considered. The improvement of financial planning at an enterprise has been suggested. Досліджено проблеми формування фінансової стратегії в системі управління підприємством, розглянуто її структуру, основні напрямки та принципи, що сприяють реалізації цієї стратегії в сучасних умовах. Запропоновано вдосконалення управління фінансовими ресурсами на основі практичного використання фінансового планування на підприємстві.
