Abstract

Foreign and national theoretic and practical experience of managerial staff training with the application the effective motivating methods aimed at improving personnel work and the activity of agricultural enterprises on the whole has been analyzed. Possibilities of improving the process of managerial staff training based on the application effective motivating methods have been considered. Проаналізовано світовий та вітчизняний теоретико – практичнийдосвід підготовки управлінських кадрів із застосуванням ефективнихмотиваційних методів спрямованих на покращення діяльності персоналу та сільськогосподарських підприємств в цілому. Розглянуто можливості підвищення підготовки управлінських кадрів на основі застосування ефективних мотиваційних методів.
