Abstract

The author’s vision on expediency and possibility of implementing social and psychological knowledge in the complex of human capital management has been presented as well as the contents and perspectives of using behavior approach in the process of theoretical and economic research in the sphere of human capital management in Ukraine have been summarized. Представлено авторський погляд стосовно доцільності та можливостізастосування соціально-психологічних знань в комплексі управліннялюдським капіталом, узагальнено зміст та перспективи використаннябіхевіористичного підходу в процесі теоретико-економічних досліджень у сфері управління людським капіталом України.
