Abstract

Influence of integration processes on national economy development has been researched as well as problems and probable organizational mechanisms of financial and industrial groups formation in Ukraine have been consideredі. Досліджено вплив процесів інтеграції на розвиток національної економіки; розглянуті проблеми та можливі організаційні механізми формування фінансово-промислових груп в Україні.
