Abstract

The issue of control has been researched by many authors. Is there anything to add? But the author has found a new sidedisclosing principles of control as the process of its research and fulfillment – not only as phase of the cycle but as theinstrument of future development and improvement of business control. The process in the institutional environment has beenconsidered requiring interdiscipline approach. Питання принципів контролю досліджували багато авторів. Здавалося б, що тут ще можна істотного додати? Але автор знаходить нову грань, розкриваючи принципи контролю як процес його дослідження і здійснення, – не тільки як фазу циклу, але і як інструментмайбутнього розвитку та удосконалення господарського контролю. Власне процес розглядається в інституційному середовищі, що вимагає міждисциплінарного підходу.
