Abstract

The essence and functions of financial resources of an enterprise under conditions of market development in Ukraine havebeen disclosed, the sources of forming enterprises’ financial resources have been indicated, causes and consequences offinancial crisis emerging in Ukraine have been described as well as reorganization mechanism as a method of enterprises’restructuring has been worked out. Розкрито суть і функції фінансових ресурсів підприємства в умовах розвиткуринку в Україні, показані джерела формування фінансових ресурсів підприємств, охарактеризовано фінансову кризу в Україні, причини виникнення та наслідки, розроблено механізм санації як метод оздоровлення підприємств.
