Abstract

The issues on merchandise policy management at an enterprise with the use of mathematic methods have been considered. The integrated estimation of the effective functioning of the merchandise portfolio along with the determination of the state and trends of the industry development, level of product consumption, competitiveness, market attractiveness, possibilities and threats has been suggested in order to work out and make strategic and tactic decisions while forming theassortment. Розглянуто питання управління товарною політикою підприємства з використанням математичних методів. Запропонована інтегрована оцінка ефективності функціонування товарного портфелю упоєднанні із визначенням стану та тенденцій розвитку галузі, рівня споживання продукції, конкурентної позиції, привабливості ринку, можливостей та загроз, щоб оперативно розробляти і прийматистратегічні і тактичні рішення при формуванні асортименту.
