Abstract

New methodological approaches towards joint-stock management on the basis of using methods of cash flows discounting,assets’ market-value estimation as well as determining the rational level of earnings capitalization have been suggested. Запропоновано нові методологічні підходи щодо управління акціонерним капіталом на основі використання методів дисконтування грошових потоків, оцінки ринкової вартості активів тавстановлення раціонального рівня капіталізації прибутку.
