Abstract

Nowadays in practical activity the significant place is dedicated to the influence of liabilities on the formation of bank value,but among the national and foreign scientists and economists-practitioners this issue hasn’t been studied thoroughly. The authorhas analyzed factors under which influence formation of the bank value. The extent of relations between the bank value andliabilities has been determined, as well as the author has paid considerable attention to the analysis of the influence of the keyelements of liabilities on the value of the bank. Відзначено, що нині, в практичній діяльності важливе місце відводиться впливу пасивів на формування вартості банку, але серед вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених та практиків-економістів цепитання вивчене не достатньо глибоко. Автор проводить аналіз факторів під впливом яких відбувається процес формування вартості банку. Визначається тіснота зв'язку між вартістю банку, та пасивами при цьому автор особливу увагу приділяє аналізу впливу на вартість банку основних складових його пасивів.
