СИНТЕЗ ПРАВОВОЇ, ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ТА МОРАЛЬНО-ЕТИЧНОЇ СКЛАДОВИХ У РЕГУЛЮВАННІ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО АНАЛІЗУ // The synthesis of legal, economic and moral and ethics constituents in the economic analysis regulation

The expediency of forming the system of normative regulation of economic analysis taking into consideration the peculiarities of national development, historical traditions, nation’s mentality, which will provide qualitative characteristics (first of all, authenticity and completeness) of analytical information, and, thus, the trust and interests of the users in the received information has been grounded. The multilevel approach to forming the system of economic analysis regulation taking intoaccount the hierarchy of normative documents according to their legal power and functional distinction of administrativeauthorities has been offered. Обґрунтовано доцільність формування системи нормативного регулювання економічного аналізу з урахуванням особливостей національного розвитку, історичних традицій, особливостей менталітету нації, що забезпечить якісні характеристики (в першу чергу, достовірність та повноту) аналітичної інформації і тим самим – довіру та інтереси користувачів до отриманої інформації. Запропоновано багаторівневий підхід до формування системи регулювання економічного аналізу з урахуванням ієрархії нормативних документів згідно з їх правовою силою та функціональним розмежуванням органів управління.
