The organization of export and import transactions without exporting and importing of goods across the customsfrontiers has been considered and analyzed as well as the disadvantages of their normative and legal provision havebeen determined. The peculiarities of reflecting of the above mentioned transactions in accounting and tax accounting aswell as the discrepancies between them have been researched. The methods of state influence on the external economicpolicy of business entities as well as the ways of concordance of accounting standards and tax legislation havebeen suggested. Розглянуто та проаналізовано організацію експортно-імпортних операцій без вивезення таввезення товарів через митний кордон, визначено недоліки їх нормативно-правового забезпечення.Досліджено особливості відображення зазначених операцій в бухгалтерському та податковому обліку,відмінності між ними. Запропоновано методи впливу держави на зовнішньоекономічну політику суб’єктівпідприємницької діяльності, шляхи узгодження положень обліку та податкового законодавства.
