Abstract

Taking into account the modern tools of quality management systems the methodical approach of calculating the effectiveness indicators of manufacturing and marketing activity has been worked out. On the basis of the process approach the basic processes which are the part of the manufacturing and marketing activity have been distinguished as well as the estimation criteria and formulas for calculating the effectiveness of the given processes have been suggested. З урахуванням сучасних інструментів систем менеджменту якості розроблено методичний підхід до розрахунку показників результативності виробничо-збутової діяльності. На основі процесного підходу виділено основні процеси, що входять до складу виробничо-збутової діяльності, та запропоновано критерії оцінки і формули для розрахунку результативності даних процесів.
