ВПЛИВ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ ПРО ВИТРАТИ ТА ІНВЕСТИЦІЇ У ПЕРСОНАЛ НА ОБЛІКОВО-АНАЛІТИЧНУ СИСТЕМУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА // The influence of information about expenses and investments into the personnel on enterprise’s accounting and analytical system

It has been grounded that the main reason of enterprises’ reduction of expenses on labor capital development is the current accounting system which doesn’t allow considering personnel as an object for investments bringing the return. Human capital of an enterprise has been proved to be the basic factor of production and expenses on it have not only toinclude direct ones such as salaries and wages, but also personnel investments which must be taken into account while estimating the efficiency of all personnel development investments which will assist in efficient usage of human capital. Обґрунтовано, що основною причиною зниження витрат підприємств на розвиток людського капіталу є існуюча сьогодні система обліку, яка не дозволяє розглядати персонал як об’єкт для інвестицій, що приносять віддачу. Доведено, що людський капітал підприємства є основним фактором виробництва і витрати на нього повинні враховувати не тільки прямі – на заробітну плату,але і кадрові інвестиції та прийматись до уваги при оцінці ефективності всієї сукупності вкладень на розвиток персоналу, що сприятиме раціональному використанню людського капіталу.
