ОСНОВНІ НАПРЯМКИ ТА ПРІОРИТЕТИ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ МІГРАЦІЙНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ УКРАЇНИ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЇЇ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ПЕРЕТВОРЕНЬ // Main directions and priorities of Ukraine state migration policy in the context of its european integration changes

The exceptional socio-economic importance of migration and its significant impact on the living standards and welfare of the population, labor market, ethnic and religious profile of Ukrainians, cultural and educational environment and migration activation social context cause the raising of the relevance of the research issues on international migration.This article is devoted to the study of existing approaches to identification of main directions and priorities of state migration policy for eliminating of external migration negative effects in Ukraine, ensuring an adequate level of social and economic protection of people and national security of Ukraine. The article considers the current problems of Ukraine's migration policy formation, characterizes the main priorities of Ukraine's migration policy according to its basic component, and describes the tendencies of migration processes in Ukraine and over the world.It is determined that the cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the case of migratory flow regulating will have a number of advantages including the reduction of illegal migration, preservation of the professional level of Ukrainian migrants and receiving work experience abroad, strengthening their social protection and reduction of illegal employed migrants. Виключне соціально-економічне значення міграційних процесів та їх значний вплив на рівень життя і добробут населення країни, кон’юнктуру ринку праці, етнічно-релігійний профільукраїнців та культурно-освітнє середовище, а також соціальний контекст активізації міграцій обумовлює посилення актуальності досліджень проблем міжнародної міграції. Стаття присвячена вивченню існуючих підходів до ідентифікації основних напрямів та пріоритетів державної міграційної політики для нівелювання негативних явищ зовнішньої міграції в Україні, забезпечення підтримання належного рівня соціально-економічного захисту населення та забезпечення державної безпеки нашої держави. Розглянуто існуючі проблеми формування міграційної політики України, охарактеризовано основні пріоритетів міграційноїполітики України за основними її складовими, описано стан міграційних процесів Україні та світі. Визначено, що співробітництво між Україною та країнами ЄС щодо урегулювання міграційних потоків матиме ряд переваг, зокрема, зниження рівня нелегальної міграції, забезпечення збереження професійного рівня українських мігрантів та отримання ними досвіду роботи за кордоном, посилення їх соціального захисту та зниження рівня нелегального працевлаштування серед мігрантів.
