Abstract

The history of the international securities market origin in the XIXth century with the headquarters in London has been considered. The significance of the basic factors of market internationalization – technological innovations, the appearance of new financial instruments, development of stock exchanges and new means of communication. Розглянуто історію виникнення міжнародного ринку цінних паперів у ХІХ ст. з основним центром у Лондоні. Показано значення основних чинників інтернаціоналізації ринку – технологічних інновацій, появунових фінансових інструментів, розвитку бірж і нових засобів зв’язку.
