Abstract

The major principles and directions of the cost management system formation as the basis for rational resource utilization and cost optimization at an enterprise have been considered. Розглянуто основні принципи і напрямки формування системи управління витратами, як основи раціонального використання ресурсів і оптимізації витрат на підприємстві.
