Abstract

The literary sources on concerning the definition of the term “motivation” have been analyzed. The major problems of motivation of companies’ innovative activity have been disclosed. The state of companies’ innovative activity has been reviewed as well as the principal causes of suppressing innovation process in Ukraine have been determined. Theperspectives of innovative activity development in Ukraine as well as the main obstacles on the way of this process realization have been determined. Проаналізовано літературні джерела щодо визначення терміну “мотивація”. Розкрито основні проблеми мотивації інноваційної діяльності підприємств. Здійснено огляд стану інноваційної діяльності підприємств, а також визначено основні причини стримування інноваційного процесу в Україні. Визначено перспективи розвитку інноваційної діяльності в Україні та основні перешкоди щодо реалізації даного процесу.
