Abstract

The problematic issues of the innovative policy of industrial enterprises of Zhytomyr region have been considered. The present-day trends of the innovative products introduction and the nature of costs on the innovative activity have been determined. The dependence of the innovative activity of industrial enterprises in the region on personnel potential and brain capital of business entities have been analyzed. Розглянуто проблемні питання інноваційної політики промислових підприємств Житомирського регіону. Визначено сучасні тенденції впровадження інноваційної продукції та характер витрат наінноваційну діяльність. Проаналізовано залежність інноваційної активності промислових підприємств регіону від кадрового потенціалу та інтелектуального капіталу суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності.
