Abstract

The necessity of developing a separate Rules and Regulations of organizing the process of company’s acquisition has been grounded, the characteristics of its clauses in the part of organizing and record keeping of transactions on company’s acquisition has been provided. Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки окремого Положення про організацію процесу придбання підприємств, надано характеристику його розділів в частині організації та ведення бухгалтерськогообліку операцій з придбання підприємств.
