Abstract

The system of competences presented in two groups: general (instrumental, including cognitive abilities, technological and linguistic skills; systemic, social and individual, as well as interpersonal) and special, differentiated by educational and qualification levels has been developed on the basis of the revealed requirements of employers to the individual and professional characteristics of an expert-analysis as well as to the body of knowledge, skills and abilities. На підставі виявлених вимог роботодавців до особистих і професійних якостей фахівця-аналітика, сукупності знань, вмінь і навиків сформовано систему компетенцій, що представлена двома групами: загальні (інструментальні, в т.ч. когнітивні здібності, технологічні та лінгвістичні уміння; системні; соціально-особистісні та міжособистісні) й спеціальні, диференційовані за освітньо-кваліфікаційними рівнями.
