The process of the securities global market formation in in the second half of the XXth – in the beginning of the XXIst century thatresulted into the increase in volume of foreign investments and in the rise in market instability, where the financial crisises became morefrequent, that was the reflection of market development cyclicity, has been disclosed. The main rules of increased activity and recessionperiods rotation on the securities markets have been detected. Показано процес формування глобального ринку цінних паперів у другій половині ХХ – на початку ХХІ ст., що призвело до зростання обсягів міжнародних інвестицій і до підвищення нестабільності ринку, на якому почастішали фінансові кризи, що є відображенням циклічності в розвитку ринку. Виявлено основні закономірності чергування періодів підвищеної активності і спаду на ринках цінних паперів.
