Abstract

World peculiarities of venture industry functioning have been considered, latest directions of venture investing have been researched, influence of venture capital on countries’ social and economic development has been analyzed, the level of integration of Ukrainian venture industry into the world processes has been determined, introduction of venture investing aimed at supporting the stability of Ukrainian financial market has been suggested. Розглядаються світові особливості функціонування венчурної індустрії,досліджено новітні напрямки венчурного інвестування, проаналізовано вплив венчурного капіталу на соціально-економічний розвиток країн, визначено рівень інтеграції української венчурної індустрії досвітових процесів, запропоновано впровадження венчурного інвестування з метою забезпечення стабільності фінансового ринку України.
