Abstract

Results of recent researches of national and foreign scientists dedicated to the structure of company’s organization culture have been generalized. Results of the self study concerning the internal structure of organization culture have been presented. Short description of subsystems and separate elements of organization culture have been presented. Узагальнено результати останніх досліджень вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених щодо структури організаційної культури підприємства. Описано результати власних досліджень щодовнутрішньої будови організаційної культури. Подано коротку характеристику підсистем та окремих елементів організаційної культури.
