Abstract

The essence has been defined as well as the necessity of changes and their management under the modern management conditions has been grounded; the reasons of changes non-acceptance have been defined, and the possible variants of their diminishing as well as the procedure of changes management at the enterprise have been offered. Визначена сутність та обґрунтована необхідність змін тауправління ними в сучасних умовах господарювання, визначені причини неприйняття змін та запропоновані можливі варіанти їх зменшення та процедура управління змінами на підприємстві.
