Abstract

The main systems of corporate management used by international companies nowadays have been considered, their advantagesand disadvantages have been analyzed. Balanced and strategically oriented system of corporate management has been describedand on its basis the primary strategies of company’s owner have been outlined. Розглянуто основні системи корпоративного управління, які використовуються міжнародними компаніями на сучасному етапі, проаналізовані їх недоліки та переваги. Охарактеризованозбалансовану та стратегічно орієнтовану систему корпоративного управління, і на їх основі виділено основні стратегії власника компанії.
