Abstract

The idea of food safety in modern world is first of all connected with the problem of hunger and malnutrition of population. Security offood safety is, in the first place, the development of the strategy of protecting public interests, which includes: support of social stability in the society, satisfaction of such first-necessity need as – nutrition; exclusion of the dependence on imports; development of domesticmanufacturing of foodstuffs, balanced structure of exports and imports, creation of reserved stocks for the stabilization of food supply.
