Abstract

Present-day stage and major tendencies of innovation activity in companies of bakery industry by the types of economic activity,innovative introductions and innovative products, which are being launched at the market have been studied. Досліджується сучасний стан та основні тенденції інноваційної активності підприємств хлібопекарної промисловості за видами економічної діяльності, інноваційних впроваджень і інноваційної продукції, що впроваджується.
