Abstract

The essence of the category “labor potential” has been considered, the necessity of improving methodic approaches has been grounded as well as the estimation of labor potential of rural brickworks under market conditions of business management has been made. Розглянуто зміст категорії "трудовий потенціал", обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення методичних підходів та здійснено оцінку трудового потенціалу сільських цегельних підприємств у ринкових умовах господарювання.
