Abstract

Author’s viewpoint towards the problem of interpreting the category of “efficiency” has been presented, the essence of stakeholders’ conception has been disclosed as well as the theoretical and methodic grounds of estimating the efficiency of company’s functioning from the stakeholders’ standpoint have been grounded. Наведено власну точку зору на трактування категорії “ефективність”,розкрито сутність концепції стейкхолдерів, обґрунтовано теоретико-методичні засади оцінки ефективності функціонування підприємства з позиції ключових стейкхолдерів.
