Abstract

Realization peculiarities of supply process controlling have been considered, the main aims of management system’s componentshave been deterined as well as an information model of controlling system, in which the information flows’ movement has been defined,has been built, and measures that should be taken into consideration during this system’s construction have been determined. Розглянуто особливості реалізації контролінгу процесу постачання, виокремлено основні завдання складових елементів системи управління, побудовано інформаційну модель системи контролінгу, в якій визначено рух інформаційних потоків, визначено заходи, якіповинні враховуватись при її побудові.
