РОЛЬ ЛЮДИНИ В “НОВІЙ ЕКОНОМІЦІ” // The role of a man in the “new economy”

Abstract

The results of retrospective analysis of the development of the “knowledge economy” theory have been presented. Comparison of the concepts “informational society” and “knowledgeable society” has been made. The fundamental difference between the terms “information” and “knowledge” has been proved. The necessity of treating human resources in the new economy equally as any other kind of resources has been grounded. Наведено результати ретроспективного аналізу розвитку теорії “економіки знань”. Здійснено співставлення понять “інформаційне суспільство” і “суспільство знань”. Доведено принципову різницюміж термінами “інформація” і “знання”. Визначено основні риси “економіки знань”. Обґрунтовано необхідність ставлення до людських ресурсів в новій економіці аналогічно до інших видів ресурсів.
