Abstract

Indices of efficiency of human resources’ use at the enterprises of food-processing industry have been considered. The basic indices and process of carrying out analysis of efficiency of human resources’ use at the enterprise have been disclosed. Methods of measurement and factors of influence on labor productivity have been considered. Розглянуто показники ефективності використання трудових ресурсів на підприємствах харчовоїпромисловості. Розкрито основні показники та процес проведення аналізу ефективності використання трудових ресурсів підприємства. Розглянуто методи вимірювання та фактори впливу на продуктивність праці.
