Abstract

The essence of labor payment has been researched as well as the necessity of forming system of labor payment which considers the peculiarities of single enterprise has been grounded. Досліджено сутність оплати праці та встановлено, що доцільним є формування такої системи оплати праці, яка врахувала б особливості діяльності конкретного підприємства.
