In the article is explored feature and loud speaker of investment activity in the Vinnitca region. As is generally known, a fynansovo-ekonomycheskyy crisis substantially influenced on volumes and dynamics of investments, therefore there was a necessity, in modern terms, to explore tendencies and dynamic descriptions of investment activity for 2005-2010 years. Unfavorable factors, problem questions and basic priorities of development of investing of the Vinnitca region, are outlined. Досліджується особливості та динаміка інвестиційної діяльності у Вінницькій області. Як відомо, фінансово-економічна криза суттєво вплинула на обсяги та динаміку інвестицій, тому виникла необхідність, в сучасних умовах, дослідити тенденції та динамічні характеристики інвестиційної діяльності за 2005-2010 роки. Окреслені несприятливі фактори, проблемні питання та основні пріоритети розвитку інвестування Вінницького регіону.
