Abstract

The peculiarities of normative and legislative support of strategic development and enterprises’ functioning of food industry, indices of dairy products quality in Ukraine have been considered as well as accordance of national standards with international has been analyzed. Розглянуті особливості нормативно-правового забезпечення стратегічного розвитку та функціонування підприємств харчової промисловості, показники якості молочної продукції в Україні,проаналізовано відповідність державних стандартів якості міжнародним.
