Abstract

Peculiarities of evaluating investment real estate at fair value in accounting, order of its calculation and possibilities of reliable determination by national enterprises under present-day conditions have been researched. Досліджено особливості оцінки інвестиційної нерухомості за справедливою вартістю в бухгалтерському обліку, порядок її розрахунку та можливість достовірного визначення вітчизнянимипідприємствами в сучасних умовах.
