We consider human security as a possibility to use the right of choice under conditions of freedom and safety, and absolute confidence that these possibilities will be kept in the next. Correspondingly, human safety has been considered as interrelated elements; economic security – income provision, enough for satisfying daily wants; food security – availability of main food items; ecological security – freedom and protection from ecological pollution Людську безпеку ми визначаємо як можливість використати право вибору в умовах свободи і безпеки, а також як повну впевненість у тому, що ці можливості збережуться й у наступному.
