Abstract

Existing legal support of state regulation of the food complex trough implementing system of stimulating measures for its development has been researched as well as possibilities of using preferences for enterprises of the processing sphere have been considered, and also practical recommendations on activating progressive changes, directed at overcoming food crisis have been given В дослідженні розглядається існуюче нормативно-правове забезпечення державного регулювання продовольчого комплексу шляхом впровадження системи стимулюючих заходів для його розвитку, розглянуто можливості використання преференцій для підприємств переробної сфери, а також надані практичні рекомендації з активізації прогресивних змін, спрямованих на подолання продовольчої кризи
