СУТНІСТЬ, КЛАСИФІКАЦІЯ ТА ПРИЧИНИ ВИНИКНЕННЯ КРИЗ У ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ // Essence, classification and reason of crisis appearance in the enterprises’ activity

In the article the theoretical approaches concerning determination the «crisis» conception and its classification are generalized, the factors of crisis situation in the enterprises’ activity are examined and the substance and essence of the enterprises management process in the crisis situations are motivated. As the researches results are certified, the problems of clear meaning illustration of «crisis», «crisis management» conceptions, its place and its role in the economy remain are insufficiently developed in the work the enterprise crisis is determinate as the direct threat for its functioning, and the crisis management conception – as the sets of principles, forms and methods of operations and realizations of management decisions complex, aimed at the earliest detections of the crisis danger, the reasons diagnosis of its appearances, and at the proper conditions for the timely crisis overcoming and the restoring of the viability of the enterprise.The study demonstrated a wider range of outside and inside factors of crisis appearance in the enterprises.Sequencing of crisis management functions in the enterprises is considered.For the purpose of the crisis situations averting the possible sequence of the crisis measures realization is determinate. All that will support of the competitiveness providing, will determinate real volumes of the own and involved financial resources receiving, will gain the balanced and harmonious development off all enterprises’ activity aspects, and will timely carry out an adaptive management considering the changes in the environmental. Узагальнено теоретичні підходи щодо визначення поняття «криза» та її класифікації, досліджено чинники виникнення кризових ситуацій у діяльності підприємств, обґрунтовано зміст та сутність процесу управління підприємствами в кризових ситуаціях. Як засвідчили результати досліджень, питання щодо чіткого висвітлення змісту понять «криза», «антикризове управління», його місця та ролі в економіці залишається недостатньо розробленим. У роботі визначено кризу підприємства як безпосередню загрозу його функціонуванню, а поняття «антикризове управління» – як сукупність принципів, форм і методів розробки та реалізації комплексу управлінських рішень, спрямованих на найбільш оперативне виявлення небезпеки кризи, діагностики причин її виникнення, а також на створення відповідних умов для своєчасного подолання кризи та відновлення життєздатності підприємства.У результаті дослідження було визначено більш широкий спектр зовнішніх та внутрішніх чинників виникнення кризи на підприємствах.Розглянуто послідовність здійснення функцій антикризового управління на підприємстві. Визначено можливу послідовність реалізації антикризових заходів на підприємствах із метою запобігання кризовим ситуаціям. Це сприятиме забезпеченню конкурентоспроможності, дозволить визначити реальні обсяги одержання власних і залучених фінансових джерел, досягти збалансованого та гармонійного розвитку всіх аспектів діяльності підприємства та своєчасно здійснювати адаптивне управління з урахуванням змін у зовнішньому середовищі.
