Abstract

Essence and significance of the financial mechanism of mortgage lending has been considered as well as the existing financialmechanism of mortgage lending has been assessed. Directions of lending mechanism, which are necessary for the mortgage market in Ukraine have been suggested Розглянуто сутність та значення фінансового механізму іпотечного кредитування, дана оцінка існуючого фінансового механізму іпотечного кредитування. Запропоновано напрямки розвитку механізму кредитування, які необхідні для іпотечного ринку України
