Abstract

The hierarchy of solving analytical issues in the restructuring of company’s management system has been considered. Theelements of the system of analytical support of running a present-day company have been combined. The reengineering stages have been determined as well as the new project of organizing the system of analytical support of company’s management, which is based on a contingency approach to management have been worked out Розглянуто ієрархію розв’язання аналітичних завдань при реструктуризації систем управління підприємством. Скомпоновано елементи системи аналітичного забезпечення управління сучасним підприємством. Визначено етапи реінжинірингу та розроблено новий проект організації системи аналітичного забезпечення управління підприємством, якийґрунтується на ситуаційному підході до управління
