Abstract

The article deals with the formation and development of institutions on the national securities market. Inefficiency ofcreating a central counteragent in Ukraine as well as giving stock exchanges the status of self-regulated organizationshas been determined Розглянуто питання формування і розвитку інститутів вітчизняного ринку цінних паперів.Визначено недоцільність створення в Україні центрального контрагента та надання фондовим біржам статусу саморегульованих організацій
