Abstract

The dynamic model of catastrophes of socio-economic development ofUkraineis suggested and discussed in the article. Information on three variables is plugged in the system of equations: to the population, GDR and energy production. It is shown that crises come forward in a role of self organizing factor, which 5 times detains the country development. This mechanism is shown up with a certain cadence on different temporal scales Построена динамическая модель катастроф социально-экономического развития Украины. В систему уравнений включены данные по трем переменным: народонаселению, ВВП и энергопроизводству. Показано, что кризисы выступают в роли самоорганизующего фактора, они задерживают развитие в 5 раз, проявляясь с определенной цикличностью на разных временных масштабах
