Abstract

The article deals with the essence of insurance agents, as well as the legal status and basic functions of insurance agents in the insurance market under modern conditions have been considered. Розглянуто сутність діяльності страхових агентів, визначаються правовий статус та основні функції страхових агентів на страховому ринку у сучасних умовах.
