Abstract

The article describes the evolution of compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners in the world to determine the nature and principles of insurance coverage for the suffered from the accident. Розглянута еволюція обов'язкового страхування цивільно-правової відповідальності власників автотранспортних засобів в світі, визначена сутність та принципи страхового забезпечення потерпілих внаслідок ДТП.
