Abstract

The article studies the objectives and stages of restructuring the activity of engineering companies on the basis of innovation development. The problems of creating an effective system for managing innovative development of engineering companies have been determined. The reasons that prevent from a large-scale attraction of foreign investments into engineering companies ofUkrainehave been considered. Measures on enhancing the management of innovative development of engineering companies have been suggested. Досліджено завдання та етапи структурної перебудови діяльності підприємств машинобудування на засадах інноваційного розвитку. Визначено проблеми створення дієвої системи управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств машинобудування. Розглянуто причини, що заважають широкомасштабному залученню іноземних інвестицій в підприємства машинобудування України. Запропоновано заходи щодо активізації управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств машинобудування.
