Abstract

Traditional and alternative compensation systems for the efficient labor activity are analyzed. Peculiarities, advantages and disadvantages of the traditional and alternative compensation systems` of the machine industry enterprises` personnel efficient activity motivation are determined. Whilst strategic managing of the machine industry enterprises` it`s proposed to implement a system of key activity indicators (KAI) and a personnel stimulation system (PSS). Досліджено традиційні та нетрадиційні системи компенсації винагороди співробітників за ефективну виробничу поведінку. Визначено особливості, переваги та недоліки традиційних та нетрадиційних систем мотивації ефективної трудової діяльності працівників підприємств машинобудування. Запропоновано в процесі стратегічного управління діяльністю підприємств машинобудування використовувати комплекс ключових показників діяльності (КПД) підприємства і заохочувальної системи персоналу (ЗСП).
