Abstract

Definition of status of higher educational institutions as non-profitable organizations financed from the budget has been critically considered. The usage of target-costing conception as the essence of state financing has been offered. The regression analysis of correlation between quantity of students or their part and amount of state financing inUkrainehas been made. Критично розглянуто визначення статуту інститутів вищої освіти, як неприбуткової, фінансуємої з бюджету організації. Запропоновано використання концепції цільового калькулювання як сутності державного фінансування. Зроблений регресійний аналіз зв`язку між кількостю студентів або їхньою часткою та обсягом державного фінансування в Україні.
