Organizational Climate, Effect of SelfLeadership Research and Development Performance, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This article was written for to identify factors affecting performance of research and development. For this purpose, services of 231 fim in the research and development unit of the engineering were evaluated by analyzing data collected through a survey. One-way analysis of variance was carried out for to achieve the results. Upon review fidings of the analysis results it was concluded that performance of research and development organizations was affected by climate. In addition, when examining relationships between variables were supported within the scope of relations that manifest structural equation modeling. Some of demographic characteristics of individuals have been shown to have an effect on organizational variables examined in the course of the study. When all fidings in the survey evaluated companies in research and development has been identifid that affected the performance of the organizational climate can be created that accepts a model. The proposed model, tested with collected data, was confimed.
